Nicki Minaj for Reggae Sumfest

Fiery female rapper Nicki Minaj is set to rock Reggae Sumfest 2011!

The event’s organizer, Johnny Gourzong tells Music News that he has another big announcement to make. Johnny also reveals that measures have been put in place to upgrade the venue to prevent patrons from walking in ankle deep mud.

Nicki Minaj, who is currently at the top of the rap game globally, will be one of the headline acts on International Night 2.

Other entertainers confirmed for the greatest reggae show on earth are Mavado, Beenie Man, Jah Cure, Tanya Stephens and I-Octane.

This year's Reggae Sumfest will run from July 21-23.
