Kartel collaborates with Eminem

DANCEHALL act Vybz Kartel has turned Eminem's trailer park fete into a dancehall 'bad man party' with the release of the W.T.P Remix.

The original single is featured on Eminem's latest album Recovery, which is currently positioned at No 5 on Billboard's Top 200 albums chart.

Produced by Jamaican-born hip hop/dancehall producer Dwayne 'Supa Dups' Chin-Quee, the W.T.P remix is an up-tempo club banger that features colourful wordplay for the two renowned lyricists, with Kartel's flossing at the bad man party and Eminem's down-home carefree flow at his w.t party.
Kartel has earned local and international acclaim with a string of popular singles including Tekk, Gun Session, Ramping Shop, Dollar Sign (Mind Pon Mi Money), and most recently Clarks. Kartel was named Male Deejay of the Year, Recording Artiste of the Year, and Songwriter/Lyricist of the Year during the 2010 Excellence in Music and Entertainment Awards in Jamaica. He earned nominations for Best Reggae Artiste from the 2010 MOBO Awards and the 2010 Soul Train Awards. Earlier this month, New York's WBLS 107.5FM named Vybz Kartel Caribbean Artiste of the Year on their popular Caribbean Fever programme.
Award-winning lyricist Eminem is the first artist to win Best Rap Album for three consecutive albums, and is ranked #9 on MTV's list of Greatest MCs of All Time. In 2003, Eminem won an Academy Award for Best Original Song for Lose Yourself from the film 8 Mile, in which he also starred. His seventh studio album, Recovery, is reported to be the best-selling album of 2010 by Billboard, with 3.42 million copies sold.
